Temerity - Famed Slayers of BfA

Image title

Temerity concluded its 20th consecutive raid tier in style, crushing N'Zoth on the first pull of the night and on our 177th attempt, comfortably earning Hall of Fame status on our normal schedule.

It was an expansion of milestones for the guild. Our 20-tier streak began with another Old God kill in Yogg Saron, so it was poetic we hit that mark by defeating N'Zoth. Our US 24th finish was our highest since Siege of Orgrimmar. And most notably, we reached these heights under Nether, who assumed leadership of the guild during BfA and helped push Temerity to perhaps its best expansion finish ever.

Onwards to Shadowlands!

Azshara Annihilated

Well, we punted Azshara back to N'Zoth, and in Hall of Fame fashion with a US 30th completion of Eternal Palace. A huge congratulations to the team for a tidy tier, as we closed things out comfortably without flexing on our schedule at all. N'Zoth promised that all eyes would be opened, so i guess we'll look forward to closing out BfA by shutting his permanently. Onward, Temerity!

Rarely has the perseverance of the guild been tested as it was in Crucible of Storms. I can't recall a less popular tier than this one, with fewer than 60 guilds killing the end boss prior to the beginning of the next raid's release. Nevertheless, Temerity's 17th consecutive tier of raiding ended like it usually does - with another US Top 50 finish. I want to give special recognition to Nether and Lazek, whose commitment and leadership helped to see us through. I also want to tip my hat to all of our raiders, both the new ones who stepped in seamlessly after some untimely departures, and our incumbents, who banded together in a very positive way and stuck with it. Because of all of you, we're in great shape as we prepare to tackle Azshara. On to the next!

The Horde perspective has been a bit new, but the song remains the same for Temerity. We've rolled into the Battle for Azeroth strong, first with a US 33rd kill of G'huun and now a US 37th conquest of Jaina. As always, I salute our leadership for their dedication and navigating the turbulent waters of progression. I also tip my hat to our raiders, for jumping through the hoops that the game demands and focusing when it mattered for a remarkably consistent result.

Onward to the next!
